This inspiring adventure encompasses the finest of coastal roads of Hai Van Pass, the legendary Ho Chi Minh trail, beautiful villages, Unesco heritages and so much more. Itinerary: Hoi an (Da Nang) to Hanoi Motorbike Tour
Route map:
Day 1: Hoi An motorbike tour to Hue (160 kms ~ 100miles)
Greeting to our guides, begin the journey by the short ride to Cua Dai Beach then head to the Marble mountain where we spent time to explore the caves, pagoda as well as enjoy the panoramic views of the area. Followed by the short visit to Non Nuoc stone village
Continue the journey to Da Nang, the biggest city in the central of Vietnam. Periodically stop at Dragon bridge, fishing village, Son Tra peninsula and the panoramic view of Da Nang city.
Cruise to Hai Van pass and periodically stop for breathtaking views of the coastline and Lang Co beach, followed by lunch
Visit elephant Waterfalls and spent your time to swim or relaxation
Take the coastal road via Thuan An Beach, quick stop at Bang An cemetery. Known as the richest and largest cemetery in Vietnam. Enjoy the scenic views of the countryside and the the refreshing breeze on your motorbike adventure to Hue before dark.
Day 2: Hue motorbike tour to Khe Sanh (180 kms ~ 110 miles)
Start the day by the scenic ride to the country side of Hue as going through picturesque rice paddies and the peaceful Tam Giang lagoon
Continue  the coastal thrilling road, offers scenic views of the coastline and refreshing sea breeze. Visit Vinh Moc tunnels, the system of the underground tunnels used by the Viet Cong during Vietnam war as a base for military activities and hiding place for villagers.
Ride to Hien Luong bridge, a historic bridge that spans the Ben Hai river, was a significant landmark during Vietnam war, serving as a symbol demarcation line between North and South Vietnam.
Cruise along Thach Han river passing by many beautiful ethnic villages  to Khe Sanh. Overnight in Khe Sanh
Day 3:Â Khe Sanh – Phong Nha (220 kms ~ 136 miles)
Embark north to the UNESCO site of Phong Nha National Park on a stretch of road widely considered by motorcycle enthusiasts as one of Southeast Asia’s greatest gems
After an early departure we will occasionally stop and site see more of the war relics located in Khe Sanh. Home of perhaps the single most horrific battle of the Vietnam War.
Proceed to the Ho Chi Minh West Mountain Road enjoying the lack of traffic, jungle scenery, hidden villages, rivers, winding roads and at times the Laos boder
The afternoon ride is along the picturesque river and limestone mountains. Periodically stop by family business and villages on the way
Arrive at the UNESCO site of Phong Nha National Park for the night
Day 4:Â Phong Nha – Tan Ky (250 kms ~ 155 miles)
Depart early for a morning boat trip to discover the daily life of the locals on the Son River and what is recognized as the world’s largest cave
Continue on the Ho Chi Minh Road appreciating the incredible landscape. As well as the historical Da Deo Pass and enchanting Cha Noi Valley
Following lunch, take the countryside road through the abundance of tea plantations and rice fields
Visit Nam Dan. Homeland and birth place to Ho Chi Minh
Arrive in Tan Ky where we will stay for the night
Day 5:Â Tan Ky – Mai Chau (200 kms ~ 125 miles)
Today we say good bye to the Ho Chi Minh Road. Travel through the farms to the northeast of Vietnam
Visit the famous historical city of Lam Kinh to learn of King Le Thai To and the uprising of the Lam Son troops in the 15th century
Stop at the Cam Thuy Ferry Fish Stream to hear the mysterious story related to the God fish and traditions of the Muong people
Enjoy the amazing scenery, fragrant rice fields, step farming, winding roads through the rolling hills as well as the typical Thai villages along the way
Arrive in Mai Chau for the night.
Day 6: Mai Chau – Phu Yen (160kms ~ 100 miles)
Enjoying the fresh air of the valleys of Mai Chau in the morning
Start from Mai Chau to Moc Chau plateau; passing through rolling hills and green tea platations, stop by Go Lao and Tac Tinh waterfalls and some of the local villages to learn about their cutural and daily living
Cruising to Van Yen ferry , once you reach the ferry crossing, you can take a short break and enjoy the beautiful scenery of some of the biggest reservoir of Hoa Binh. Enjoying the smooth ride to Phu Yen through small village and rice fields along the way
Day 7:Â Phu Yen – Ha Noi (180 kms ~ 110 miles)
Start the day early and soak up the fresh air and one of north Vietnam’s most majestic valleys
Continue north to the Thung Khe Pass through the alluring rice paddies and limestone views to Hoa Binh
Travel along the river, through the Bavi National Park to Son Tay
Visit the ancient village of Duong Lam with the opportunity to site see and explore the architecture, narrow alleyways, temples and locals of this historical location
After lunch resume our ride along the Red River to our final destination and conclusion of Vietnam Motorbike Tour adventure from Hoi An to Ha Noi
